RUMESM ‘Speed Trackdays’ are run by Mertens Riding School. Each ‘Trackday’ comprises six sessions of 20 minutes each allowing participants to develop safely with a multitude of services on hand, including transponder radio links, mechanical, technical, tyre maintenance and assistance.
In the interests of consistency, four groups are created according to ability and three types of training are offered in line with participants’ starting level.
Groups are redistributed by ability at midday, briefing, timing equipment, track management and medical staff are all employed to ensure efficient organisation and smooth running.
The secretariat opens at 7:00 for the administrative control.
The track is open from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00.
Compulsory silence between 13:00 and 14:00.
The schedule of the driving sessions will be communicated during the mandatory briefing.
