Belgium’s Supermoto roots are deeply entrenched in Mettet, which has been the cradle of Superbiker for over 30 years. It would seem fitting, therefore, that the RUMESM would jump at the chance of organising the last 2 rounds of the Supermoto Belgian Championship and the Supermoto BeNeCup on November 13 and 14, 2021.
Supermoto is one of the most all-round motorsports disciplines, since it combines speed-racing with cross-country biking. Thrills and spills are guaranteed at every corner, ensuring an exhilarating spectator sport for fans.
Watching a Supermoto race never leaves any spectator indifferent – always a dramatic and exciting show, the sport is full of nail-biting skids, thanks to the multi-surface track it takes place on, and dizzying, vertiginous jumps that ensure a breathtaking experience for fans.
With so many categories available, Supermoto allows a wide range of drivers to take part, whatever their skill level. The ‘Prestige’ class continues to be the most competitive of all, whilst the ‘Quad’ class never fails to offer unexpected twists.
As for the public, it will be able to attend the spectacle from the natural grandstands which offer a panoramic view on the circuit. Free parking is available on the upper paddock.
